Returns & Refunds
This returns policy applies to purchases made on dermalfillers.store (the "Site"). Seller: Leonica Sp. z o.o., Stefana Batorego 18 / 108, 02-591 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: PL5272789642 (the "Seller").
B2B: Sales Format
The Site is intended for B2B buyers (companies and entrepreneurs). For B2B orders, the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers (B2C) generally does not apply. The Seller may offer voluntary return conditions as described below.
Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Seller allows returns within 30 days of delivery date, subject to the following conditions.
Return conditions:
- item is unopened
- seal/protective packaging intact
- item in original packaging and in resaleable condition
- completeness preserved (all kit elements/components)
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened items, including sterile products (needles/cannulas) and products that contact skin/mucous membranes.
Returns Not Accepted
Return may be rejected if: item opened/used, seal or packaging damaged; item damaged by Buyer or due to improper storage after delivery; return sent without prior agreement with Seller; item belongs to categories with limited returns for hygiene/safety reasons.
Wrong Item, Shortage or Damage on Delivery
If the order arrived damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, the Buyer must: inspect immediately upon receipt; notify the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within 3 days of receipt; attach photos/video (box, label, damage, contents) and, if available, carrier documents. Claim resolution (at Seller's discretion): replacement, reshipment, partial refund or full refund.
How to Return (Step by Step)
- Email contact@dermalfillers.store with: order number, items to return, reason for return, (if applicable) photo/video evidence.
- Wait for Seller confirmation and instructions (return label if applicable).
- Pack the item securely, preserving original packaging and seals.
- Ship the return according to Seller's instructions.
Important: do not ship returns without prior agreement — such returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
In some countries/routes the Seller may provide a prepaid label (free return label) — subject to return conditions and after agreement. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the Buyer unless the return is due to Seller error (wrong/damaged item).
Refund
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item. As payment is by bank transfer, refunds are typically made to the original bank account or to details agreed with the Buyer. Processing times depend on banks and logistics; the Seller processes refunds within a reasonable time after confirming the item meets return conditions.
