Who this policy applies to (B2B)

The Site is intended for B2B customers (companies and entrepreneurs). We may process personal data of company contacts (e.g. name, email, phone, job title) when provided during order placement or in communication.

What data we may collect

We may obtain data in two main ways: • Data you provide (e.g. when placing an order or contacting support). • Technical data and cookies (see section 8). Categories may include: • contact data (name of contact person, email, phone); • company data (company name, registration details, VAT ID when applicable); • delivery/billing address; • order details (items, quantity, amount, currency, payment reference); • correspondence and support requests; • technical data (IP address, cookie identifiers, browser/device data, logs).

Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process personal data only when we have a legal basis. Typically:

4.1 Contract performance / pre-contractual steps

processing and fulfilling orders; issuing invoices; confirming payment (at your request); organising delivery and status updates.

4.2 Legal obligations

accounting and tax compliance; meeting applicable legal requirements.

4.3 Legitimate interest

Site security (preventing abuse/fraud); improving service quality and handling requests; protecting rights and legitimate interests (e.g. in disputes).

4.4 Consent (where applicable)

If the Site uses tools requiring consent (e.g. marketing/analytics cookies), we will use them only with your consent, which you can withdraw.

Who we may share data with

We may share data only to the extent necessary for processing purposes with: • logistics partners and carriers (for delivery); • IT infrastructure/hosting/support providers (for Site operation); • professional advisers (auditors/lawyers) — when needed; • public authorities — when required by law. Where we use external data processors, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards (including data processing agreements where applicable).

Transfer of data outside the EEA (where applicable)

If the Site uses providers located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required.

Retention periods

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including: • order/invoice data — for the period required by accounting and tax law; • support correspondence — until the request is resolved and further if needed to protect rights; • technical logs — for a reasonable period for security and diagnostics. After expiry, data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and technical data

8.1 What are cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser that helps recognise your device/session on return visits, enable site functions and (in some cases) analyse Site usage.

8.2 What cookies may be used

Strictly necessary: essential for Site operation (e.g. session, security). Functional: store your preferences (if implemented). Analytics/marketing: help analyse Site usage and show relevant content (if implemented) — generally used only with consent.

8.3 How to manage cookies

You can: delete cookies in browser settings; block cookies entirely or partially; set a warning before saving cookies. Note: blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Security

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data. However, data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure; you transmit data at your own risk.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are a data subject (typically an individual), you may have the right to: access; rectification; erasure («right to be forgotten») — where grounds exist; restriction of processing; data portability (where applicable); object to processing based on legitimate interest; withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent). Requests can be sent to: contact@dermalfillers.store

Complaints to supervisory authority (Poland)

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority — President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Policy changes

We may update this Policy. In case of material changes we will update the «last updated» date and, where appropriate, post a notice on the Site.
